Processing times vary. In stock items generally ship in 1 – 3 business days. Buyer will receive an email upon acceptance of the order and another with the tracking ID once the order ships out.
Custom orders generally take 5 – 7 business days to process. Contact our shop to begin designing your custom order. We only ship within the USA.
Boards & Boxes Corp is not responsible for delays due to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping companies that we may use from time to time.
Items delivered outside of IL are responsible for sales and use taxes in their home states where applicable.
Secure payments through Amazon Pay or Paypal.
Choose whichever service is more convenient or comfortable for you! Your payments are processed securely via Amazon Pay or PayPal. Our shop never receives your credit card or personal bank information. We only use your information to process and ship your order. Your order will not ship until payment is confirmed received by our payment processor.
Upon completion of your payment you will receive an email confirming the transaction from Amazon Pay or PayPal (check your spam folder for the receipt). Please keep this receipt with your records.
Note About PayPal Payment Processing
Some customers have experienced issues with sending their payments through PayPal at checkout. We have recently learned that PayPal rejects credit card transactions for variable reasons. To ensure the best shopping experience for our customers, we have added the Pay Via Amazon option. If your Paypal payment is not going processing, please try a different card or choose to check out via Amazon Pay. Your business is important to us! If you continue to experience issues, please contact us for assistance with completing your order. For the protection of all parties to the transaction, payments must be processed through our secure payment processors.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We accept returns or exchanges on in-stock unused items. Refunds will be processed within 1 – 3 business days of receipt of returned item (shipped at buyer’s expense – delivery insurance recommended). Exceptions apply.
- Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back postmarked within: 30 days of delivery.
- Shipment insurance is highly recommended
Condition of return – No force returns. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. (This is why we recommend ship insurance.)
We DO NOT accept cancellations
After we start processing your unique order, the order cannot be cancelled in full. Depending upon where we are in the process of completing your order, we may allow you to cancel with a restocking fee at our discretion. Contact us for more details.
The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Most products are shipped with tracking and insurance. If your item arrives damaged, please take photographs and contact our shop. We will work with you and the shipping provider (USPS or UPS) to make an insurance claim for your product.
